A tale of a chef...

Hi there – I’m so glad you are here. To fill you in, I’m a chef and all-things-food extraordinaire based in Eden Prairie, MN. My journey first began when my mother passed the torch to me. Growing up, she was an influential person who taught me how to cook. Her wisdom of being a chef and restaurant owner herself inspired me to go out on my own as a personal chef. 

I am proud to say I have my degrees in both Fine Arts from University of the Pacific and Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu. This is my dream. Creating splendid culinary delights and seeing the reactions as people try them out. Most of all? Forming long-lasting relationships with these same people and connecting through food and unique recipes.

When I’m not busy in a kitchen whipping something up, you can catch me biking and snowboarding in the great Minnesota snow! I’ve been taking my gardening to new heights – nothing like fresh ingredients from your own backyard. 

All too fast, life passes by. That’s why I created CheFresh – an extraordinary experience by yours truly. Schedules are busy, and we often dream of how we can enhance our routines. Life is about making memories and opening up to new ideas. Together, we will create tasteful meals that will make your days easier. Let me take dinner off your plate.
